DRAGON HOUSE by Deandra

Location- NE wall of the Talos Plaza district.

Rooms- Ground floor has kitchen/dining/living area. Private quarters (upper floor) has bed and desk. Basement has small guest bed and plenty of storage.

Main Storage- Lots of chests, crates, and barrels, and some furniture (dressers, cabinets, and a desk). No display cases.

Special Features- Small shrine in memory of Martin Septim, two pieces of themed jewelry and a Housekeeper.

Quest- Player must complete the main quest and become the Champion of Cyrodiil.

ELYSIUM ESTATE by Pamela Boyer & Shawn Leger

Location- South of Bravil

Rooms- Bedroom, study, dining hall, chapel, arcane tower (with laboratory, ingredients room, teleport room), treasury, display room.

Main Storage- Display room with 5 display cases and numerous empty bookcases. Treasury with 18 chests.

Special Features- Stables, large walled garden, pond, lockable chest in the master bedroom, fully functional chapel, magically enchanted Alchemy room provides bonuses for enhanced creations, enchanted alchemy cupboard (An enhanced version of the Arch-Mage's chest), craft spells and enchant items in the magically charged Arcanum, receive blessings of restoration and rejuvenation at the Elysian Shrine, two guards posted at the main gate.

Quest- Treasure hunt style quest to abtain key to estate.

Location- SE of Pell's Gate.

Rooms- Kitchen, Living room, bedroom, dining room, office, 2 storage rooms, basement workshop.

Storage- Basement workshop has individual storage for different types of ingredients, light and heavy armor, bow, arrow, staffs, one handed and two handed weapons, fletching supplies and leather working supplies (for those that have hunting & crafting mod), separated soulgem storage, rings and amulet storage. Two display cases.

Special Features- This house offers a perfect view of the large waterfall and the IC tower from the large deck. Harvestable flower boxes on deck. Alchemy station. Tons more storage and display cases not listed above.

Quest- Quest takes you to many different dungeons across cyrodiil in search of the current owner. There are no map markers pointing the way so exploring is the name of the game here.
