Location- Travel to the town of Weye, west of the Imperial City.Follow the road away from the IC, taking the right turn. Continue along that road, ignoring the left turns, until you pass a ruined fort. Take the right turn after the fort and follow the road to the Mansion.
Rooms- Great hall, three rooms for storage, master bedroom, alchemical lab
Main Storage- 39 display cases, tables, cupboards, alot of storage throughout
Special Features- Bath/small pool in bedroom, spacious plaza with seating & garden includes view of the Imperial City, ornate bridge to mansion, small yard with covered area & picnic table
Quest- Large fights in courtyard, great hall, master bedroom, and alchemical.

Location- On top of the Colovian Mountains above Cloud Top.
Rooms- A bar, a kitchen, a storage vault, visitor's quarters with dining, beds and a bathroom. The master's bedroom with a walk-in closet, a great bath/pool room, a sitting lounge, a true library, an art gallery, and formal dining.
Storage- Storage vault with numerous barrels, crates and chests.
Special Features- The exterior features a closed in patio, beautiful flora, a small garden, and an awning with a scenic overlook off the edge of the Cyrodill border. Three servants.
Quest- A quest to get the house fixed up that takes time and costs money.

Location- Mountains above Bruma.
Rooms- Before Quest: Main Floor, living quarters and massive indoor fountain/garden and vault. After Quest: Armory, alchemy garden and station, atrium/library and garden, Well of Mana.
Storage- Six large categorized chests in living area, two small jewelry boxes, other storage throughout.
Special Features- Massive 5 story indoor waterfall/fountain. Armory with armorer Buff, alchemy garden with special discoverable features and an alchemy station with sorting. The highest viewing platform in Tamriel atop the tower. Dedicate staff (Thomas) offering services and goods as well as cleaning once in a while.
Quest- Two Large and in depth story lines involving a quest and the possibility to upgrade the tower. Back story and intrigue included with both quests. First quest gives major upgrades, second quest gives other improvements, and the possibility to find a unique set of armor.
Notes- Shivering Isles and the official DLC Frostcrag are both required for this mod. Conflicts with any other Frostcrag Overhaul, but small Frostcrag mods may be compatible. Visit the Frostcrag Reborn Site for information and walkthroughs.

Location- South of Leyawiin, in the warm waters of Topal Bay.
Rooms- Topal House: dining room, living room, study, master bedroom. Topal Lighthouse: living room, dining area, bedroom, storage room, basement with display room, office/library. "Half moon" ship: Upper deck with bedroom/study, dining room and mid deck with crew galley, assorted berths and desks.
Main Storage- Grounds have 12 Containers, House has 13 Containers and 1 Display Case. Lighthouse has 15 Containers and 1 Display Case. Lighthouse Basement has 9 Containers and 9 Display Cases. Ship has 43 Containers.
Special Features- There are 224 alchemical ingredients on island, Basin of Renewal, Player/NPC operated lighthouse fire, extensive landscaping, NPC with fully scheduled duties, notes connecting mod to storyline, pirate fence in ship (Have I mentioned Hobbs rocks?), static alchemy mod with level-matching equipment, every book in the game, Safe Water compatible.
Quest- Must close Kvatch gate before obtaining house, and must become Master Thief to use the fence.

Location- North Western Rumare Lake.
Rooms- Kitchen,Lobby, Dining Room, Library, Guest Rooms, Servants Quarters, Display Halls,Training Room, Large Armory, Archery Range, Mages Suite, Alchemy Lab, Basement Garden, Private Office, Bathroom and Private Stateroom, Alchemy Gardens, Stables Gardens, Balconies with views of IC and Forests.
Main Storage- Massive amounts of labeled storage through out the house. Custom Armor and weapons storage, custom potion and label alchemy storage. Large number of display cases, unlabeled safe storage, (only one labeled chest re spawns.) Mannequin display bases (no mannequins).
Special Features- Stables, Alchemy gardens, huge quest with full voice acting. Eight household NPC's, including three companion share. Custom sorting for Alchemy ingredients, potions, clothes, jewels, armor, weapons and magical items. Sparring, training, 4 mode archery practice area. Multi function NPC's: Cook, Trainer, Armorer, Steward, Librarian, Alchemist, Mage and Security Guard
Quest- A massive 11 part (plus 3 bonus quests) story line. The quest can only be started by the CHAMPION of Cyrodiil. The story pits you against an evil force and their charismatic leader.

Location- South east of Skingrad.
Rooms- Main hall with living room, dining room areas. Kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom, bathroom, basement, office area, laboratory with loft.
Storage- Vast amount of storage throughout the house. Lab has labeled and organized potion and scroll storage. Ingredient shelves.
Special Features- In the kitchen: Bake bread, make cheese, make shepherds pie, grind wheat, wash, use and refill a tankard. Laboratory: Custom spell making altar, custom enchanting altar, unique summoning altar, butterfly case, fish tank.
Useable bathtub and sink, pond with swing, two horses, ayleid window lights that can be turned on and off, a hidden dungeon with prisoners, hidden thieves hideout. Vineyard has a wine cellar where you can make wine.
Quest- two short quests. Travel to the Chapel of Julianos, in Skingrad and read note to start.
