	Live right under the noses of the Imperial guard in this apartment under the Chorrol Hat and Crosier Inn. This home has secret storage for your stolen goods and extra room for some fellow thieves..




	Location- The cellar of the Chorrol Hat and Crosier Inn. Rooms- Throne Area, Office, Storage Area, Companion Area, Bedroom, Alchemy Station. Storage- 6 chests, 4 display cases, 2 secret storage paintings, 2 drawers, 1 cupboard, 2 barrels, 1 gold sack, 4 desks Special Features- The house comes with 2 hidden storage areas for your stolen goods. The desks can be stored in as well. There are 2 beds for your companions and a double bed for you. The containers do not respawn. Notes- Cannot be used with any mods that edit the Chorrol Hat and Crosier Inn Cellar. For the most out of the mod, you'll need Shivering Isles installed.

		TRELETH’S PORTABLE TENT by Treleth

	The life of a thief is a hard one and often involves being on the run from the authorities. Evade the law in comfort with this portable tent with good storage for all your stolen goods.


		Location- Carry it with you. Rooms- One room with storage and bedroll. Storage- 5 crates, 2 barrels, 2 sacks and a chest. Special Features- Sets up anywhere, fast travel back to the tent, the tent's interior is persistent meaning that if you set up a tent near Cheydinhal, take it down, then pitch it near Skingrad, everything inside will be the same.

	WATERFRONT SHACK by Maandersen

		Blend into the crowd with this modest shack located right on the Imperial City Waterfront. Modest storage for stolen items, but the best feature is that your guild and guild members are right nearby.

Location- Imperial City Waterfront District

Rooms- One room house with bed, 2 tables and fireplace

Main Storage- 4 chests, barrel, drawers, cupboard and 2 empty bookcases.

Special Features- Central location, perfect for starting character.
