Buyable- After completing the vanilla game Aleswell quest, you will be able to buy the cottage for a very reasonable sum (3000 Gold) from the Aleswell innkeeper.
Notes- Two versions of ESP included. Use AleswellHomeFree.esp, to get the cottage for free or use the other ESP for the buyable version.

Special Features- A pier with row boat at the river. The house is companion-friendly, fully path-gridded and has persistant beds and chairs that companions can use. Nice view from the backside of the cottage over the river and the pier.

Location- On the water between Bravil and Leyawiin.

Special Features- Deck with seating area and views. You can fish for slaughterfish by activating a pulley system for a fishing net on the back deck. You can catch mudcrabs in a crab trap. You can use the "Crab Mashing Mallet" to crack open the mud crabs to receive 4 pieces of crab meat. You can use the "Skinning Knife" to clean and skin the slaughterfish. You can use the "Cooking pot" in the fireplace to boil fish chowder, and actually see the chowder while it is boiling. you can use the "Mixing Bowl", located on the table in the kitchen, to mix together a very simple bread and then see it placed on the hearth for baking. The kitchen also features an ale keg, which you may use to fill pewter tankards with ale. Useable bath tub. The lights change from night to day. Animated alchemy chest.

Notes- The flour sacks and the ingredient jars in the kitchen re-spawn! You first need to read the note on the Northfield Lodge door to start the quest to buy the house!

Special Features- A nice garden out the back, with a wonderful view over the imperial city. The house is companion-friendly, has persistant beds and chairs that companions can use.
Buyable- Malene at the Roxey Inn will sell you the cottage for 4000 Gold. There will be a price reduction if you first complete her game-original quest.
