Location- Valus Mountains inside Skyrim.

Rooms- Hall with Dining room/Training room, master's bedroom, food storage room, guest room, an interior mini-garden, a chapel and a secret room.

Storage- Some scattered chests throughout. All the chests on the first floor can be used for storage. The chests in the rest of the house re-spawn, so do not use them !

Special Features- Isolated location in Skyrim. Reach the house with a spell.

Buyable- From the First Edition in the Imperial City for a base price of 10,000.

Cheats - Some very high priced weapons.

Location- South of Chorrol, right above the Brindle Home settlement.

Rooms- Lounge, kitchen, storage room, bedroom. Basement has mage’s room, display room and training room.

Storage- Storage room contains barrels. Display room has display cases.

Special Features- Deck with fantastic views over the forest and of Skingrad.

Buyable- For approx 35,000 septims, from Edward Tebet who is in the stables in the timy settlement right below the lodge.

Location- Cheydinhal, this is a remake of the vanilla buyable house.

Rooms- Living room, kitchen-dining room with adjoining garden, pool, hallway, bathroom, 2x small bedrooms (sleeping 2 each), dining room, spare room, 2x large bedrooms (sleeping 2 each), balcony, study.

Storage- Spare room for storage, hallway for display

Special Features- - Scripted day/night lighting, Scripted extension to normal furnishing procedure, for savegame compatibility, COBL compatible, with COBL items, Living area: animated fish tank, sofa and chairs, Basement area: unique basement-level garden leading to outside, fully-equipped kitchen with alchemy sorting and equipment, scripted laundry device and COBL-setup for future compatibility with hunger/thirst sims. Storage- Hidden dojo garden has 8 chests and there is a hidden vault in the hidden dojo.

Special Features- Japanese themed home and shop, home furnished with newly retextured items such as sake pithcer and cups 13 paintings, pillows and laquered chests. Shop sells retextured katanas, wakazashis, no-dachis, tantos and shirasayas.

Buyable- From the smith for a base price of 6000.

Architecture- Cloud Ruler Temple.

Location- The upper class section in Skingrad.

Rooms- Lounge, kitchen, office, master bedroom, guest bedroom.

Storage- Five display cases, two openable closets with chests, barrels and a few empty shelves.

Special Features- Centrally located right near all the good shopping. Three balconies, two overlooking the city and one out the back overlooking the countryside behind Skingrad.

Buyable- From Colovian Traders for a base price of 6,000.
