Location- Near The Gold Road, somewhere in the middle between Lake Rumare (Imperial City) and Skingrad.
Rooms- Hunter's Rest Inn, Witch Hut, Barracks, Dungeon, Shed, Alchemist's Workshop, Hunter's Lodge, Steward's House, Smithy, Repository, Cellar, Main Hall, Great Hall, Dining Hall, Upper Hall, Lord's Apartment, Lord's Armory, Lord's Laboratory.
Main Storage- Three rooms completely safe for storage: Lord's Apartment (22 containers), Lord's Armory (20 containers), Lord's Laboratory (11 containers). Apart from those containers there are many tables and shelves in these three Lord's Chambers.
Special Features- This is a "neutral" castle (neither evil nor divine). Just the place where the nature and balance rule. Lots of sculptures and flora inside. Skylights in Great Hall and Lord's Apartment with visible sky and castle's towers. Animated spirits of the forest in few places. More realistic interior lights system in comparison to vanilla (strong sources of daylight outside of the windows, and ambient lights inside of interiors - all depend on time and disappear at nights). Exterior of the castle is lit differently during nights by some mysterious lights.
Buyable- Three Lord's Chambers (Apartment, Armory, Laboratory) for 50000 septims from steward in his house at castle's courtyard.
Notes- This mod requires TES IV: Oblivion game patched to the latest official version (1.2.0416)

Location- Own world space, accessible to Champion of Cyrodiil via ship at Anvil Docks.
Rooms- Main Hall with offset dining area, Guest & Servant Quarters, Display & Storage Room, Master's Room. 3 secret areas (Wine Cellar, Training Room, Mystery Room)
Main Storage- The Display and Storage room contains eight special armor containers and eight standard chests. Twenty four display cases. In the master's room, at the small "library" area there are 2 bookcases with some of Meo's Bookshelves set up as containers.
Special Features- Large exterior area with 2 gardens, (1 alchemy, 1 normal), small pond area, vineyard area and small, static "winery", another small pond. hedges and labyrinth, a miniaturized version of Martyn's statue, activate to receive same benefits as main one in IC. Five NPC's with AI, (2 Blades, 2 groundskeepers and 1 maid). Secret wine cellar.
Notes- Must have completed the main quest and be the Champion of Cyrodiil to access the castle. Requires: COBL, Meo’s Labyrinth Garden, Meo’s Bookshelves, Meo’s Armors for Dummies and Xiamara’s Full Wine Racks.

Location- North of Chorrol.
Rooms- Meal hall, throne room, treasure room, barracks, mage's area, dungeon with alchemy area, cellar, council hall, forge, Warlord's quarters and additional small treasure room.
Main Storage- Various weapon and armor stands located in different areas, all are safe. Chest for alchemical ingredients, books on shelf, chest in warlord room, treasure chests in tomb, sacks and barrels in cellar. All containers are safe and do not re-spawn, except the Giant Roasted Pig in the meal hall.
Special Features- Keep is inhabited by stern nords, which are fortunately, friendly. Forge with armorer buff is inside forge area. Spell making and enchanting altars in mage's rooms, and alchemy devices are in the dungeon. From the roof of the keep you can enjoy panoramic views of Cyrodiil.
Notes- Unique Landscapes Colovian Highlands and Cloudtop Mountains are recommended.

Location- Upstream (and across the river) from Bravil, where the Corbolo River empties into the Niben Bay. (Map marker will be added.)
Rooms- Main Castle Rooms: Great Hall, Dining Hall, Kitchen, Cellar, North Tower (guards' quarters), Staff Quarters, Dungeon, Bowels (Oblivion cave), Utility Tunnel, Storage, Laboratory & Office, Library, Lord's Manor (guest quarters), Royal Quarters, Bath. Other significant rooms: are the General Store, Chapel, Crypt
Main Storage- Eleven named chests (e.g., Bows) and thirteen generic, non-respawning containers in the Storage Room. One Tansu (open cupboard) and seven display cases in the Great Hall. COBL Alchemy sorter/container, five named chests (e.g., Varla Stones), and ten generic, non-respawning containers in the Laboratory & Office. 6Six generic, non-respawning containers in the Royal Quarters.
Special Features- County Fair held on the weekends. You can find some unique goods for sale at the fair, including rare weapons and "artisan" level alchemy equipment. Static Alchemy Equipment that is standard COBL. Alchemy sorter. There is a working farm nearby. You may pick your own ingredients, but every few days the Gardener will also place the freshest produce in a barrel for your use. There are two secret areas in the castle. Twenty five new NPCs. Magic fountain near the castle entrance, working sinks in kitchen and bath. Sauna in the bath that will first heal you, then restore your abilities, and finally cure any diseases.
Notes- This mod *requires* Shivering Isles and COBL. OBSE is not necessary but is highly recommended for full functionality.

Location- South east of Cheydinhal.
Rooms- Ground Floor has an entrance hall/ballroom, staircase, dining hall, kitchen. The first floor has living room, war room (hunting room)and library. The third floor three bedrooms (all color themed, blue, green, and red) and a bathroom. The top floor has a tower bedroom.
Main Storage- Dressers in the bedrooms, display cases scattered throughout the castle.
Special Features- Fantastic window views from every room! Balcony off the master bedroom. Guards and staff NPCs. Secret grotto/pool.
Buyable- For a base of 75,000 septims from the head of guard. (the man standing on the wall)

Location- Teleport to castle from a Ring of Redwort flowers outside the Anvil Lighthouse.
Rooms- Throne room, private quarters, dining hall, two guest/companion quarters, hallway.
Main Storage- Cupboards, desk and jewelry box in your bedroom, every other container in the castle re-spawns.
Special Features- Pet dog, many rooms for companions, and what’s a castle without a secret?
Notes- The castle does not have an exterior.

Location- In it's own unique world space. To get to Darkfang you must travel to Vilverin exterior and a lone dremora will attack and then cast a special spell to transport you to the fortress. You cannot kill this NPC. Allow him to attack, you won't lose much health.
Rooms- The main fortress contains Lord's chambers, Princess Jahiza's chambers, entry hall, reception hall, throne room, library, communal baths, kitchen, dining room, shrine to Mehrunes Dagon, three sepulchers and a dungeon. Town contains 2 barracks, 16 houses, a tavern, cavern, armory, Blood well, special room with add-on bathroom.
Main Storage- All armored mannequins - these are spread out throughout the fortress and houses and they are all safe.
Special Features- Darkfang has 3 unique books added in, several new NPC's with AI, It features new items, retextured castle blocks and palace blocks and ayleid blocks. A lively tavern. New music. Courtyard and private gardens. Unique addition to the *lore*
Notes- Requires Shivering Isles. Contains cheat items. Conflicts with any mod that alters the Vilverin exterior

Location- Far east of Bravil. See included image for exact location.
Rooms- Living room, kitchen/dining room, master bedroom, treasure vault, magician's laboratory, magician's bedroom, arboretum, cistern, barracks, training room, several miscellaneous and hidden rooms.
Main Storage- Chests and cabinets specific for clothing, armor, weapons, jewelry, soul gems, scrolls, ingredients, potions, food and booze. Miscellaneous storage chests near beds. Many storage crates scattered throughout.
Special Features- Resurrect-able training skeleton. Three gardens: a small garden in the master bedroom, a fruit and vegetable garden outside and an interior garden of blood grass, bog beacons, wisp stalks and stink horns. Special secret areas. Intriguing history(via notes and journal). Roof of tower particularly suited for watching sunsets.
Notes- Some items may be overpowered for low level characters. Recommended for level 20+ characters. Makes heavy use of Easy Construction Meshes. No known conflicts.

Location- South of Silorn, there is Teleportation Pad near Silorn.
Rooms- Main hall, master chamber, guest room, dining room, mage room, expo room, library, kitchen, throne hall, pool, treasury and underground.
Main Storage- Much misc storage in the palace, such as chests, barrels, shelves, display cases,bookshelves. All safe Also much misc storage in the Warehouse. Containers outside the Palace and Warehouse are NOT SAFE.
Special Features- Fast travel is enabled when you find the place. Garden with fountain, balcony with nice view, alchemy room with many ingredients, piano with music, big pool. There is a secret underground, good for training. Around the palace is a small town with guards, a market place for vegetables, a tavern which is the main meeting point for residents. There is a smith and a fence. In the Palace there is a Mage who sell Soul Gems, potions and recharge your weapon.
Buyable- You can by the key of the palace at the fix price of 120,000 septims from Captain Rhedd in his office or basement, that is open from 10 am to 6 pm. You can stay for free in the Warehouse.
Notes- Requires Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.416 and Shivering Isles with Patch 1.2.0.201. Any mod that removes borders of Cyrodiil.
